Information You Provide

FreelancePricing.com does not require an account, login, or payment information to use its calculators. There is no contact form on the site. If you email us, we receive your email address, message content, and normal email metadata so we can review and respond to the message.

Calculator Inputs

Calculator inputs are processed in your browser by site JavaScript. We do not intentionally transmit the numeric values you enter into calculators to FreelancePricing.com as form submissions.

General interactions with a calculator page may still be included in aggregate analytics as described below.

Analytics and Technical Data

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage and measure events such as page interactions and outbound affiliate-link clicks. Our Google tag is configured with analytics and advertising storage denied by default, Google Signals and ad personalization disabled, and no client-side analytics storage.

With analytics storage denied, Google may still receive cookieless measurement pings. Those requests can include technical information such as browser or user-agent details, screen information, the requested page, and an IP address as part of normal network communication. Google states that Google Analytics does not log or store individual IP addresses from these pings. See Google’s Consent Mode reference for its description of cookieless analytics pings.

Hosting, Security, and Server Logs

Hosting, content-delivery, security, and infrastructure providers may process standard technical logs needed to deliver pages, maintain security, diagnose errors, and prevent abuse. Depending on your jurisdiction, some technical identifiers may be considered personal information.

Affiliate Links, Advertising, and External Sites

Some links on FreelancePricing.com are affiliate links. We may record an aggregate affiliate-click event, and the destination site may receive information normally sent when you follow a link. If you continue on a third-party site, its own privacy policy, cookies, and data practices apply.

The site may also use or load third-party advertising services. Advertising providers process information under their own policies and applicable consent settings.

How Information Is Used

Information may be used to:

• operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website
• understand aggregate usage and improve calculator usability
• measure outbound and affiliate-link activity
• review corrections, feedback, and messages sent by email

Data Retention and Security

We aim to retain only information reasonably needed for the purposes described above. Third-party providers may apply their own retention periods. We take reasonable steps to protect information we control, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children’s Information

FreelancePricing.com is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information through the site.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when site features, providers, or data practices change. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
